Great weekend getaway!
We spent a weekend over spring break and it was wonderful. The weather wasn’t ideal but the pool was heated and stayed open so we were happy. We stayed in #13 and the location was awesome. I highly recommended getting one right by the pool. We played pickleball for hours and enjoyed the pool until closing hours. What a fun time! We never even had to leave the resort! Can’t wait to take our kids back!

Love this place!
This is our go-to unit inside of Arcadia. Deck opens to the amenities (lazy river, slide, pickleball, etc). Clean unit and well equipped.

Amazing location and house

Family Friendly
Arcadia resorts is family friendly with each room having its own bathroom. The pool and lazy river area are fantastic.

Great Reunion Destination
We've had our kids and grandkids meet us for the past 5 years and enjoy Arcadia Resort so much. In fact, it has never disappointed us. We usually book two Villas adjacent to each other each year. The water park is right behind this Villa and it's close to all the other amenities but the Club House which is still close when you walk through the water park. There's nothing I'd change and I love the games upstairs. I especially love the bunk room with all the options. Everything is furnished except your food, and a grocery store is very close as well as fast food. We only worry that with the price doubling in the last 5 years, we will soon be priced out of going here every June. I highly recommend Arcadia and Villa #13 to you as your next vacation retreat.

Arcadia - The Best Place to Stay in the St. George/Ivins Area!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house rental (Unit #13) in Ivins/St. George, and I have to say, it was truly an amazing experience! The property was stunning, with breathtaking views of the red rock mountains and plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the scenery. The house itself was immaculate and spacious, with all the amenities you could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. If you're traveling with kids, this is the place to be. There is something to do at all times. The pool is amazing with a lazy river and slides. Can't beat it! The clubhouse has plenty of activities and games to break up the heat. We're looking forward to the pickleball courts! One of the highlights of the stay was the location, which was just a short drive away from all the outdoor activities that St. George has to offer, including hiking, mountain biking, and golfing in and near Snow Canyon. The manager and staff were also incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and made sure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We rented e-bikes on property. The rental process was easy and better pricing than the local bike shops. We had some tire issues and the manager, Zach, picked us up in Snow Canyon and took us back to our rental unit. He was pleasant and most helpful considering the situation. Overall, I would highly recommend this house rental to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway in St. George, Utah. The combination of the stunning property, unbeatable location, and friendly hosts made for a truly unforgettable experience that I hope to repeat again soon!

Amazing Property

Unit 13
this is our third time staying at Arcadia and we always rent unit 13. We love its location to the pool and how nice and clean it is kept We will be back next year. we bring our grandchildren and they just love being at the pool all day. I personally love the lazy river and can float there for hours.

Perfect stay
We had a wonderful couples getaway at Arcadia. Our unit was right across from the swimming pool and there was plenty of space for each of us to have our own room and bathroom and privacy. We will be back!

Great resort for a relaxing family break!
The Arcadia Resort is a must see if you are planning on staying a few days in Southern Utah. Just far enough away from downtown St. George that you aren’t in the hustle and bustle, incredible fully equipped villas, and awesome amenities to keep you and the family busy during your stay. Great Vacation!
We loved Arcadia for Thanksgiving. Ordered entire meal from Harmons (1 mile away) which made it super easy and convenient. The resort was crowded but manageable and the pools were heated. We loved our unit! Perfect location next to the pool.

Love Arcadia - this unit needs curtains and more silverware
This was our 2nd stay at Arcadia. We love the complex and think it's a great place for a family vacation. We bring our boat to use at Sand Hollow and are happy to stay at Arcadia and drive the distance.

This unit was overall very nice. Decorated very well and the location is perfect - one of the best located units at the resort. We loved playing glow in the dark boche ball on the lawn out our door.

Pros: perfect location, loved the large outside table with plastic plates and cups and the upstairs book collection and games for kids, etc.

Con: this unit has pull down shades in the bedrooms that let in a lot of light - which is good during the day, but terrible for sleeping. We wanted to put our little kids to bed early to enjoy some adult time, and it didn't get dark in their rooms til 10pm. Also the light from the patio as well as living room come into the Master Bedroom. The downstairs front bedroom has a street lamp outside that shines in all night. My baby screamed the first night from all the light. No one got good sleep. THIS UNIT NEEDS BLACKOUT CURTAINS!

Con: Kitchen inadequate. There is only silverware setting for 8 people. And the pots and pans and serving bowls were very small. Like meant for cooking for a family of 4. Our group of 11 found it very challenging cooking and having meals in this unit.

Also I called ahead of time to ask if things like salt and pepper, paper goods, etc would be stocked in the unit and the employee didn't know. She took down my name and said she would call me back, but never did. We arrived and there were no paper towels or napkins at all. There were salt and pepper shakers - filled with pepper, but no salt. Is this normal? Very disappointing since we stopped at the grocery store on our way in and easily could have brought those things if we had known...

If these major things were fixed, we would consider staying in this unit again.

Best location in the community!
This house had it all! Room to spare. It was so nice that each room had it’s on bathroom. The outdoor patio is a dream. We had all our meals out there. Amazing location near the pool but not too close that you could hear pool noise. The only downfall was we had to keep asking for extra things. For example, the house only came with one extra trash bag. 16 people for 5 days needs more than one extra bag! :) But the staff brought what we needed quickly. Overall great stay. We will be back.

Great family getaway
We scheduled a getaway for our family that includes three married couples and the Arcadia Resort was the perfect solution. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the home was smartly furnished and just so convenient. We spent time each day at Snow Canyon, just ten minutes away. The pool and lazy river was another favorite and right outside our door.

Perfect location and getaway!
Resort: As advertised! The amenities are fantastic and this is our new preferred destination in St George. We used to stay at Entrada, but the pools, hot tubs, and club house make Arcadia a huge step up for our kids. They spent hours at the pool and clubhouse every day. (and it's heated in the winter which is a huge bonus). We went hiking in Snow Canyon and also drove a quick 45 minutes to golf in Mesquite as well as at Sand Hollow. Great location!

Four Seasons house: We couldn't have asked for a better location. It's definitely a plus to back up to the amenities. The back patio walks right out to the pool, and the views of Snow Canyon and the resort from the upper deck/patio are amazing. The house is clean and we loved the decor (simple and comfortable). Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which made it great for our large family. It's perfect for even 2-3 families. We will definitely stay in this unit again!
