Arcadia #55 | The Upgrade

Luxury Home for Family and Friends!
Our stay in home 55 was amazing! The house is so well done and feels very new and clean. The kids always love the bunk room and the adults love the 4 bedrooms that all have their own bathrooms! We love gathering around the big kitchen table and table outside for dinner, watching movies and playing games upstairs, sitting in the private hot tub out back, and of course enjoying the amenities of the resort like the pool, the gym, the golf simulator, pickleball courts, and all the other fun things they have! We love staying at Arcadia when we visit St. George and will always recommend it to our friends and family!

Our Favorite Stay in all of Saint George
Of all the vacation rental homes we've stayed in over the years in Saint George, this is our favorite. The house is fantastic and the pool is so clean and fun!

Best Place for Big Families
This is our 3rd year in a row staying at the same property. We LOVE this place. It has all the things we need for our 4 families to all stay together. We love the layout of the home and it comes with all the amenities we need to stay the whole week. The owners are responsive and so great to work with. We will see you again next year!

Our favorite place for family vacation!
This is our 3rd year staying at Arcadia for our big family vacation! We have all ages of kids from babies to teens plus grandparents and parents! Everyone is happy here. This home is gorgeous! We all love it! Love the pools! Love the little restaurant inside the resort area! Best burgers and ice cream cones ever! Everyone is super attentive to all our needs! Absolutely 10 star rating! We will be back for sure! I tell everyone how wonderful Arcadia is!!

Great Place for a big group
We love staying at Arcadia, it’s our fourth trip to this development. The kids love the pool and the fun things to do around St George. The houses have plenty of room, and are so well kept. We will keep coming back. House #55 was our favorite yet, with the hot tub on the patio and tons of room for our big group.

family reunion only 15 this year some couldn't come
Bedroom arrangement was great all adults had there own room, pickleball courts are a good addition our week was to hot but still played. hot tub and pool table got good use but we did have one complaint for 5 nights one garbage can just does not hold enough trash.

Annual Family Trip to St George

Best 50th Birthday celebration vacation!
The house was spotless and amenities were spot on. Had everything we needed and more. The staff on site were delightful and friendly. The home and pool felt all-inclusive and couldn’t have asked for more. We will book again for our family!

Great Experience!
Our recent stay at the Arcadia Resort for a family reunion did not disappoint! The accommodations were excellent, everything we needed was provided in our villa which made us feel like we were at a home away from home! The resort amenities catered to all ages both the adults and children had plenty of activities available to keep everyone happy, from the kids zone with arts and crafts and arcade to the lazy river and the pool side restaurant. The staff was amazing and very friendly and helped with any of our needs! Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be returning!

Checked All the boxes
The house was clean and decorations gave it relaxing atmosphere. Each bedroom having a private bathroom made it really convenient for different families to stay together. Having high chair and pack n play so we didn’t need to bring ours was nice. Pool table and big couch for movie watching upstairs made for fun gathering place. The house was just a quick walk to the pool gate so I’d choose this exact unit again. Loved the private outdoor space.

Awesome in every way!!!
This place exceeded our expectations!! From the moment we stepped in we were blown away with how beautiful the interior is - the furnishings and modern fixtures are stunning! We also loved how spacious the house is - we had more than enough room for our large group! It was nice to have a hang-out spot for the kids upstairs while the adults could hang out downstairs. We also loved the hot tub on the back patio!! It was also nice to have the pool area so convenient - just steps away across the street. All of the amenities were incredible! We will definitely be staying here again.

Wow!!! This was one of our favorite vacation spots ever!! The house was beautiful, and clean, and had many amenities. It was spacious for our larger group, and everyone had their privacy. The house was set up so that people in the common areas did not disturb the others who were still asleep. The lazy river and pool were lots of fun. And the staff at Arcadia Resort are amazing. They follow up and are available when you need them. I also liked how they text you during your stay to let you know updates, like when a thunderstorm shut down the pool, but then they texted again when it was opened up later in the evening. They pay attention to the little details. We can't wait to come back! Awesome, awesome find!! Thanks for making our stay great!

Absolutely amazing!!!!!
What an Incredible family vacation we had staying at the Arcadia resort! The home we stayed in was absolutely incredible! It was perfectly clean and had every single thing we might need. We all commented on how beautiful the property was. The furnishings were top quality! There was room for our whole family with room to spare. The pool area was incredible. Everyone in the family loved it. We loved that we could buy food there at very reasonable prices. It was just perfect! All staff was so helpful and so nice and accommodating! This is our new favorite family vacation spot!!! Thank you!!!

An Amazing Home and Resort!
Aptly named “The Upgrade”, every detail of this home was fabulous. Spacious gathering and play areas combined with the ability to sleep so many people. Hot Tub and Pool table were used a lot. We loved the privacy of yet the ability to walk directly over to the pool and clubhouse. Just a perfect get away spot with all the beauties of St. George within 5-15 minutes drive
