Just what we needed
I'm a Realtor so I'm in and out of a lot of homes. Walking into this home it felt like a luxury home. The home was well appointed and well finished. But as we experienced the home, we found it to be even more than we thought. The beds were VERY comfortable, the sheets felt nice and the space was great. One of the highlights of the home that makes it feel so luxurious is the high ceilings. Lower ceilings would have made for a tighter feel. Our children enjoyed the pool EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. and so did we. For the first time ever staying somewhere, I have no complaints. We plan on retiring in October and hope to get the same home we liked it so much. Oh, and the systems implemented to keep the client updated via email and text are dialed in! Great work!

Arcadia saved us!
We were supposed to stay at a different resort but had a horrible check in experience. Arcadia saved us by having a last minute villa available. Check in time was a breeze and the property was beautiful. This is our 3rd time staying at Arcadia and we won’t stay anywhere else.

Fabulous Property
Open and spacious floor plan, close to the clubhouse and amenities. We loved the pool area and clubhouse. Our family had so much fun and will definitely be returning!

Family Weekend Get A Way
What a wonderful place for a family vacation. Villa #24 was perfect- clean, lots of room, well stocked kitchen, separate game/ TV room for the kids to enjoy and always nice for everyone to have their own bathroom. We spent the majority of our time at the pool and clubhouse, but also nice to be right across from the pool to take a quick break at lunch time. We appreciated that there was very little to do before leaving- start the dishwasher ( which I confess we forgot to do ) and take out the trash. Our only request would be to have wine glasses in the villa, although there was a corkscrew. Such a good idea to have all the kitchen supplies labeled so everything could be put back where it belonged without having to remember. Our daughter's family is already trying to plan a visit here with some friends and their kids. Looking forward to another vacation in Villa #24!

Arcadia Resort way exceeded our expectations! The townhomes were 5 Star, absolutely beautiful! The kids lived in the pools and Clubhouse! Thank you!

Arcadia 24
We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation there. The home was beautiful and clean and it was nice that you gave us free ice cream cones as a welcome. It was expensive so I am hoping that your prices do not go up as we would love to come back. It was also nice that alot of cleaning was not expected as we checked out

All the things!
We met up as three families at Arcadia. There were kids ranging in age from 9 to 16. There was something for everyone! We had the best time and are looking forward to making a trip to Arcadia Resort an annual thing.

Arcadia #24
the unit was beautifully appointed. Our every need was met in the kitchen with all of the necessary utensils, storage, cooking appliances/pots and pans. the children enjoyed all of the board games and the X box available for them to play their games. The unit was was more than we expected. We scheduled our stay at Arcadia at the end of an active hiking tour of Sedona, Devils Bridge, Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend. We appreciated the opportunity to relax by the pool, enjoy the lazy river, watch a movie at night by the fire and play a few family games when we had the time. It was perfect.

Cold weather didn't stop the fun!
So many fun things for a large extended family of littles to young adults and seniors. We rented units 24 and 25, right next to each other which accommodated our large group perfectly. Both units were beautiful and nicely cared for. Having a garages to store all our bikes and scooters was a huge plus. We loved the units being across the street from the clubhouse! The location was perfect. Views of Snow Canyon off the decks was a stunning feature. Over New Years the weather was cold and rainy but the clubhouse kept everyone happy when they weren't out in the pools. Snow canyon hiking and the diverse bike trails gave all ages lots of choices for fun. Having a private room and bath for each of our families kept the peace. The teens had their own space so that kept down the noise! The moms loved the spacious kitchens and all the amenities. One of the greatest things about Arcadia Resort is the great staff. We kept them busy and they were always positive, gracious and helpful. We felt pampered the whole time and hope to return again soon!

The BEST!!! My kids think it’s better than is.
The home is fully furnished and stocked with everything you need to have a perfect vacation. Whether you want to be at the pool all day, hiking or inside - Everything is there for you. It’s all high quality, comfortable, well planned and thought out. We were ready to move in permanently.
