Great House, Fun and Memoriea
We had a wonderful time at Arcadia. We came at an invite from family whose daughter was getting married. We made so many fun memories. We loved the pools, lazy river and slide. There were so many fun amenities and activities. The home was clean and supplied with everything we needed. The staff was so helpful and the communication was fantastic our entire stay. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Family trip!

Great option for large groups with "littles"
Large family reunion (Parents, 9 kids and their spouses + 20 Gkids from newborn to 13 yr olds.) with families coming from 8 cities in 4 states. Rented two homes side by side. Portioned out families so parts of homes were quite for naps, etc., while others were available for cousins to play. Pool and lazy river area were a hit, as was Cornhole and Spikeball. Weather was a little cool in early Nov, but water was fine and with sun coming out in afternoon, all was well. Really close to groceries, a couple of restaurants that met our needs, making this highly choreographed visit successful. Folks at clubhouse were helpful and kind. No negative issues at all. Everyone is still talking about this fantastic event, already wanting to schedule the next one.

Fantastic Family Experience!
We loved every minute of our time and stay! It is a first-class resort from top to bottom! All of the employees and the condos were so fun and exceptional! The rooms were amazing and the pool was amazing and the staff was amazing! Everything exceeded our expectations!

Had a great time.
My family loves coming to Arcadia. This was our third annual trip, and the grandkids can’t wait to come again. #27 was the third different unit we have stayed in. Location is convenient being across from the clubhouse and pool. The unit itself was fine. The Arcadia staff was extremely responsive. When we arrived the garbage cans were stuffed full of garbage and stunk. They quickly dumped them for us. Someone had set a parental control on the TVs so ESPN was the only station we could watch. That was fine for me to watch the NBA playoffs the first night, but the grandkids weren’t entertained in the morning. Again, the Arcadia staff was quick to respond and spent two hours on the phone resolving the problem. The internet was also a problem. There is a Guest network, but we couldn’t stay connected. My son had to do some work and was unable to do it because of the poor connectivity. Otherwise, everything was nice. The unit had the appliances you would expect. Pretty minimal on cooking supplies and garbage bags. We would stay here again, but preferred some other units more.

This Resort is Amazing!
We had a wonderful stay and had lots of room for a family of 18. The home was kid friendly along with the resort. The staff of the resort was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was with cleanliness. The fixtures in the kitchen and bath were clean but the floors and furniture were not. The floors in the master bath were so sticky my foot came out of my sandal. There were sticky, dirty spots on the floors in the family room and there was food and spills under and in the furniture, complete with apple core and moldy grapes. I found a dirty fork in the master bed and upstairs couch. Our toddlers were eating funions and popcorn out of the upstairs couch. The BBQ grill was yucky, and there were spills and food on the patio. Also the oven had spills that were not cleaned, so when we turned on the oven it was smoky. I called housekeeping and they sent someone over right away which was great but unfortunately, we could not be there to oversee the cleaning and they just ran the mop around the main walkways. I spent time cleaning that I would have liked to have spent with the family. Also it would have been nice to have some extra bedding, all the beds were made but a few extra items for couch dwellers would have been nice. This aside, it is a beautiful home and we had a marvelous time.

Family Fun
WE had a blast. Place had plenty of room and was clean. The pool was across the street with a clubhouse and lots to do. We also loved being so close to parks, pickle ball, hikes and the grocery store.

Best vacation resort around!
We stayed in Unit 27. It was right across from the club house and pool. The pool was amazing and we had a lot of fun in the lazy river and slide. The best part was that it was heated and at night it was blue and you could see the steam rising off it. They had a weight room and Game Center upstairs. The unit itself was very large and spacious. Everyone had fun playing pool and air hockey upstairs in the family area. Each room had a
Bathroom. The only draw back was the bedding on the twin bunks. It was like a sleeping bag that was attached to the bed and open at the end with no ther blankets in it. The other bedrooms were great. They all had king beds with sheets and blankets. I hope at some point they switch the sleeping bag things out for actual bedding on the twins. Other than that it was perfect.

Family Christmas Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at Arcadia. We really appreciated the pool being heated. We spent many hours there. The employees were extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed some beautiful hikes in the surrounding area. The house itself was lovely with plenty of room for everyone. We had a great time and would definitely go again.

Luxurious R&R
We stayed at Arcadia #27, which was conveniently located right across from the clubhouse. It was also easy to locate coming in from traveling. Harmon's was a great treat to have just around the corner. We loved how spacious this house is and clean it was. Close enough to stores and parks, yet far enough to enjoy a relaxing mini vacation!

Amazing!
Arcadia Resort is amazing! Our house was incredible- beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable beds, and lots of space! Loved all the details in the house. So fun to have a pool table/air hockey table upstairs, and game table. The pool area was awesome, we spent hours there. The clubhouse was so fun too! Highly recommend!

Absolutely AmaZing!!!
This house was beautiful! We didn't travel very far, a little staycation you would say, but this house and resort made us feel like we were away on some great family vacation! It is so relaxing and peaceful...the pool was AMAZING!!! The staff was quick to help out with anything we needed and very friendly...definitely will be staying again!!!
