We Will Definitely be back!
We had an family vacation with 18 of us and every aspect was just perfect. We were able to easily walk one minute over to the pool. We spent so many hours there and the kids all loved the slide and lazy river. The house was very comfortable and so quiet. Renting a cabana for some shade and a gathering spot was worth every penny. Ordered groceries from Harmon's which made for a quick and easy pick up. We plan to return and would book house 43 again.

Best Family Vacation!
Our family covers a wide variety of ages, from infant to young adult to grandparents, and we all loved our time there! Their were activities for every age group- from swimming, golf, pickleball, basketball, along with a nice game room full if activities for all ages. We loved being able to stay at the resort with all it offered and not having to pack up the whole family and drive somewhere every time we wanted to participate in an activity.

Spacious and clean space!
We loved our stay here! The amount of seating in the dining and living area was great. There were toys upstairs for the kids. The hot tub was clean and nice. This home fit our needs perfectly!

Fantastic family vacation!
The Arcadia Resort provided an awesome location for our family vacation. We enjoyed Unit #43 for a week. Each of the married couples had their own bedroom and bathroom. We were all able to fit around the table for meals. We enjoyed gathering in the family rooms upstairs and downstairs for different activities. The pools and amenities at the resort were so fun! We rented a cabana one day and that provided a fun place to hang out while we were all in and out of the pools and hot tubs. I cannot say enough good things about our vacation, the house, and the resort!

Fantastic!
We enjoyed Unit #43 immensely for 3 lovely nights! It is so elegantly decorated but sensibily so that we felt very comfortable. Location is great within Arcadia.

Arcadia for the win AGAIN!!
Once again our stay at Arcadia was incredible! The condo gave us plenty of room to relax and hang out together. The pool was the highlight of the trip for the kids! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our family reunion was a success thanks to Arcadia Resort! We can't wait to come back again next year!

Excellent place to stay!
Everything was perfect for our family get together at Arcadia! It was so easy to make the reservation, and the description of the condo was exactly what we found when we arrived. It was very clean and comfortable. We needed a lot of bedrooms and a good space to relax and be able to hang out all together and that is exactly what we got! The pool was so fun for our grandkids and for the adults too. We were very impressed with how clean it was, even though it was busy everyday the grounds around the pool and the pool itself were tidy and well kept. With that being said the whole resort was very impressively clean and well kept. Anytime we had a question we could send a text message and it was answered very quickly which was so helpful. I called a couple of times before we arrived with questions about the resort and every time the staff who answered were so kind and friendly. The message box on the wall in the condo was a great idea! It kept us informed of all the activities at the resort and the surrounding area. And it was very helpful when it came time to check out. Thank you Arcadia for giving us an amazing family vacation! We will definitely be back soon!

Beyond expectations
Arcadia was beyond our expectations! The condo we stayed at was beautiful, luxurious, and every bedroom had its own en-suite! They didn’t skimp on the details in the rooms either…they had noise machines, fans, quality mattresses, and each room had a TV. The resort was so easy to get to, and we spent all day at the pool, in the arcade room, or in the hot tub on the deck. The check out process was easy, and quick too…really, Arcadia thought of it all! We are coming back, and bringing friends! And next time, we are renting the electric bikes!

Beautiful Home!
We had a little "staycation" at Arcadia #43 over a weekend. Is was the perfect getaway not far from home. The home is large and beautifully decorated. There were so many individual spaces for everyone to lounge out and not feel cramped or crowded. The kids loved the pool and clubhouse, a few even rented the mopeds and had a blast. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful space and convenient location
This home has great space and design. The bedrooms are inviting and calming. The living spaces are cozy and accommodating. The only downside to my weekend rental was the condition of the upper and lower patio areas - very dirty. We weren’t even able to enjoy lounging on the patios because of the condition of the furniture and concrete. Other than that, they have thought of everything! Sound machines in each room, a pack n play for babies, comfortable beds, spacious living areas, plenty of kitchen appliances and dishes, kid friendly dishes (love this!), a long inviting table and plenty of seating at the kitchen bar. I will definitely be booking this rental again!

Amazing Property
Stayed the weekend with my family and extended family and it was incredible. The unit was so well appointed. The attention to detail was great. It will really make it hard to stay anywhere else when we come to southern Utah. Kudos Arcadia, you will see us again!

Perfect Getaway home!
So happy with this townhome for our family trip. It was so comfortable and clean. It had fun games and activities to entertain the kids for days. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for families & for couples. It seems like they took every little detail into account to make it comfortable. Definitely planning on coming back to this same house again.
