Arcadia #8 Villa
We stayed 3 nights in Arcadia #8 and we all had a blast!! The grounds are beautiful and the Villa had everything we needed to make our stay AMAZING!! There was something for evryone in our party to do and enjoy. It was spacous and roomy and the bedrooms each had their own bathroom. Thank you very much to the owners of this Villa. We will definitely be booking and coming back in the near future. Thank you Arcadia for making our vacation memorable. I Highly recommend this location. It was close to everything like grocery store, Dollar Tree and more. IT's absolutely beautiful!! THANK YOU ALL once again:)

Always a great time!
We love coming here with the kids! The pool was nice and cool. We loved the unlimited fountain drinks (with the purchase of an Arcadia cup), we loved playing shuffle board in the clubhouse and playing pickleball. I appreciate the prices of food, treats, and items in the gift shop being fair. Our villa was clean, the spa worked great, and we were provided with plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, etc. for our 4 days. I know it’s just a starter kit, but it was perfect for the amount of time we were there. You also don’t have to do a ton of work at checkout like some places. Just put the trash out and load the dish washer. We will be back a third time for sure.

Love this place!
Arcadia Resort is a great place for my family. The house has plenty of room for all 14 of us. We forgot a pack n play, but no worries, there were two already there. The pool area is amazing and so clean. Lots of things for all ages to do. We rented a cabana and it was amazing. One thing that might be nice for those hot St. George days is a mister on the cabana. Other than that we love it!

Turnkey bliss
We had a wonderful stay over the kids’ spring break. The accommodation was perfect. The staff was friendly and the views were amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a vacation.

Beautiful house
Thank you for the beautiful venue. The house was amazing with plenty of room for 15 people. Even though the weather not ideal, we loved the proximity to the pools and clubhouse. As a bonus, we had that spectacular view of the mountains.

Great place

Great place to stay, will go again!!
Excellent place, we had a great time. The small room off the kitchen needed a mattress cover (which the resort provided when We asked) to make that bed sleepable. We had 42 people and all had the best time ever!!

Best Family Trip!!
This was the best Family Trip - The Townhouse was Awesome! It has the Hot Tub, weren't sure anyone would use it, but everyone Loved it, even after they came home from the Pool - The Grandkids had a Blast! Played Pickleball !! Corn Hole !! The Grandkids went to the Movie Night - and had the best time - They also played in the Arcade !! On the way home, one of the grandkids asked when we could go back! We will be renting this again in the Future -

Best Vacation Rental Ever!!!

Perfect place to stay!
Beautiful place. Expertly designed. Bright, comfortable, immaculate, large, and perfect. Pool area is beautiful. Games were a available for the kids. Great tv options for finding a show to watch. Couldn't ask for anything better!

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, quiet and picturesque. The view of the mountains is stunning. It was a rejuvenating getaway! Beds are comfortable and the amenities were just what we needed. Check in and check out is easy. We loved the heated pool and the lazy river! We hope to stay again!

Memories to last a lifetime
This beautiful space has everything you need to be comfortable. There was so much room for our large group. The cousins loved the bunk bed room! It is beautifully decorated and feels welcoming. The best part as a mom was being so close to the pool gate. We enjoyed eating our meals at the big tables and enjoyed every moment we stayed. My only complaint was the number of kitchen towels and dishrags. We definitely will stay here again. My girls loved the slide and the pools.

Beautiful and Spacious
What a beautiful and spacious home. We had about 15 people and there were plenty of beds and rooms for everyone to feel comfortable. The decor was beautiful We loved the fans in every room and felt right at home. We were right by the pool and easily moved back and forth from the Villa to the pool. Our party ranged in ages from newborn to Adults. We loved the grass areas as well.

Beautiful home!
We loved our stay at Arcadia #08. The home was beautiful and was decorated very well. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day. Above all we were grateful for the space allowing our family to get together. Some minor suggestions: there didn't seem to be anywhere to hang a towel in the master bathroom. Make sure there are hair dryers in each bathroom.
