Family Friendly
Amazing property and very family friend. Each unit is slightly different as it is owned by individuals but the common area is well worth it. Not a big family, grab a couple of friends with kids and enjoy your time together here!

Lovely place
We had a delightful time in St. George. Arcadia is a 5/5 review in general, but this unit felt like one of the best locations within the resort. It's right next to the lazy river, and the view is pointed at the beautiful mountain. Can't imagine another unit can offer that combination quite as well.

Arcadia unit 7
We had a great time with 18 extended family. We all loved the layout and design of the house and the resort property and pool. There was an issue with sprinklers coming on when trying to play volleyball. They need to water in the dark hours. Also the pool neefs to be heated warmer. We had weather from 70 to over 100, but always water too cool. Toddlers couldn't even use the splash area comfortably. Also, there were no blankets for making out couch beds, just linens. Great place though. We would stay again.

Beautiful spacious home with many ammenities
We loved the home. It accommodated our large family well with a bathroom for each bedroom and plenty of closet space. It was simply but beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming. The accessibility of the pool and club house was great as it was right outside our back door. The personnel at the office were friendly and helpful. The area is new and the grounds are kept up perfectlly.
There were a few things we would recommend for future tenants. The kitchen was a bit sparse on cooking bowls, spices, hand towels, washcloths, hand soap and general cleaning supplies. The bed in the front bedroom was broken upon arrival so we had to place our tool box under the side rail in order to sleep on it. We contacted the front office about this, but it was Sunday and the maintenance man was not working. The internet speed while there was 5mbps which was unusable for our needs. We killed two cockroaches in the home. The office said they planned to spray as a result. If these concerns were addressed we would highly recommend staying at the arcadia resort.

Best quarantine stay ever!!
While staying here, we were stuck with baseball being cancelled and the covid19 scaring people silly. We enjoyed being able to swim in the rain, renting scooters, having plenty of toilet paper and having fun with friends! We will most definitely be back!

Arcadia # 7--Nov 27-Dec 1
Overall, our experience was great. The Arcadia staff was outstanding. We have two complaints, however. First if you advertise that the unit is capable of sleeping 17, then the house needs to be stocked to accommodate the same number. We had 15 people for Thanksgiving and there were only place settings for 6 in the house. Fortunately,the Arcadia staff was able to help us out by providing what we needed. Second, the WiFi would not let us connect to streaming services such as Netflix, etc. This was disappointing in the evenings with small children who wanted to watch. The Arcadia staff again tried to remedy this problem, but were unable to do so. Otherwise we enjoyed the house and the location.

Amazing!
The Arcadia was beautiful,relaxing and fun! The villa was spotless and well furnished, it was a home away from home. Our family, ages 5-65 had a great time spending countless hours in the lazy river, slide and pools.

Perfect family reunion location!
Beautiful homes, clean and well-maintained. Lots of spaces for our large family. We never felt crowded or lacking for anything. Having both homes back up to the water park was so perfect for the kids, and allowed for them to safely explore the water and feel free, while still being in close range of the parents. The lazy river, water slide and jacuzzis were so fun! The gym was great, and we even found extra yoga mats to use. Plenty of great craft classes and other games in the clubhouse! We never felt bored, and could have had no outside excursions and been completely happy. We definitely want to return for another fun, relaxing reunion!

Wonderful house, perfect for a fun family vacation!
We loved this beautiful house and it's location right by the pool. There was plenty of room for our family including kids, spouses and grandkids. Well furnished with plenty of seating and places to hang out. Kids loved video games. Our only issue was with the resort. The pool was absolutely freezing (consensus of entire group). Even with the weather being in the 90s, much of our time was spent in the jacuzzi trying to warm up. Complained daily to resort management but to no avail. On the other hand, we all loved the resort's game and craft rooms. So many fun things to do. We want to make this an annual trip but the ice cold pool may be a deal breaker. Hoping that it will improve with more owners.

Great Family and friends getaway!!
We’ve stayed in a lot of different vacation rentals, but this is by far the best. We loved that everything was brand new and well taken care of. The staff on hand at the resort are awesome. And that goes for maintenance, the pool help, and even the younger group of kids that work in the evenings. Everyone was top notch already work for the resort. The Home itself was very Spacious for adults and children, there’s two living areas so the kids have there own space to play. Also there was a huge kitchen and dining area for everyone to eat meals together. Literally a 3 min drive to the brand new grocery store. You can see the amazing pool and Red Rocks from Snow Canyon from the comfy sitting area of your balcony. Its just a 5 min drive to Snow Canyon and great hikes. We are already planning our next stay. The only negative to this stay was the construction going on which is to be expected with all the new build. Just be prepared for early morning tractors and a lot of dirt. Once they finish it will be the great!

Great Getaway Great Property!!!
Fun long weekend with our Children and Grandchildren!! Arcadia #7 was tailormade for our Family! Boys hangout in bunk room and private rooms for all adults! Pools AMAZING!! Could Not have been Better!!! Thank You! We will be back!
