This is a very nice place. More than enough room for 2-3 families to stay. Waterpark area was nice! The rental was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect vacation
We found the resort and home to be absolutely perfect. There was a lot to do at the resort and in the home. The home was very clean when we arrived and we had all that we needed. I would come back again.

Great Family Place to Gather
Large, Spacious, comfortable, all the amenities you would want. We lacked for nothing inside the condo. Would definitely go there again!

Super vacation!

Had a great weekend!
The house was perfect and had so many fun perks… arcade games, fusbol, private hot tub and more! We had two families and my in-laws and everyone had plenty of space and more! Always love staying at Arcadia! Kids could spend all day at the pool and the new Pickleball courts/corn hole and fire pits were so nice!

Very nice location
Our family with 34 rented this house and the house next door. With all the nice amenities and open spaces of this home, it was definitely the place to be!

Wonderful Place!
We loved staying here and will come back! Our accommodations were beautiful and had all the needed cooking supplies, utensils, etc. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals. The back patio was perfect for spending the evening with the family! The scooter in the garage was a fun surprise. It was fantastic having 2 dishwashers for a large group; however, it is important to be aware that there is only one side by side fridge (regular sized), so it was pretty small for a large group (I suggest bringing a cooler to store drinks in) - it would be great if the garage had another fridge. And there is a super cute marble toy, but no marbles (so bring some marbles for the kiddos). Thank you for a wonderful trip!

#47 The Great Escape
We LOVED our time at Arcadia! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had so many amazing amenities. We loved that there was so much seating both inside and outside and was the perfect place for a family reunion. The clubhouse and pool were perfect for the hot summer days.

Weekend getaway
We had a fabulous family trip. House #47 was beautifully designed, nonstop entertainment, and so enjoyable for our family. Can't wait to book again!!!!

Fabulous!
We lived staying at Arcadia Resort with all is facilities and great service, and the house we stayed at was awesome! Every one of the 24 people, ages 2 to 70, absolutely loved being there! The pool, lazy river, hot tub area was so fun and never too crowded, the villa was large enough to very comfortably accommodate us, and we loved every minute! Thank you!

The best family friendly rental!
We LOVED our stay! It was the perfect family/friends vacation. The house had everything we could want or need! Every room was perfect for each individual family. The loft and patios kept the kids entertained the whole time - so many games and toys! You could tell this house was designed for everything a family needs. The pools were great! Open for 12 hours a day so we could come and go as we please. We’ll definitely be coming back!!

Best Place Ever
We only stayed 3 days, and we wish we could stay longer. The house is very comfortable and fun. They have everything we need there, and also what we don't. We hang out at a few places, but some of us just want to stay home and play with whatever they have there. I would definitely go back.

What a cool place to hang out.
We had a family reunion here over thanksgiving. It was fantastic to have 14 mattresses to sleep our 20+ family. Our favorite was the two pinball machines and the back patio. We will be back in March! So amazing we wish we could live there/
