Absolutely Awesome
We had an amazing time during our stay at Arcadia. Both houses we rented were gorgeous, and the water park was a blast. We will definitely be returning for another family vacation.

Family reunion
Great place for a Thanksgiving week get-together for 7 adults and 6 children. Clean, modern and lots of space. Although the week started rainy and was cool throughout, we enjoyed all the pool amenities and lazy river, firepit roasting s'mores, pickleball courts and the unit had a private hot tub that we used a lot. Highly recommended unit #2.

Great Family Vacation!!

Great Place to Vacation
We spent a very hot week at Arcadia in July, but despite the heat we had a delightful time. The kids (ages 2-13) had so much fun in the water park. The villa was clean and well stocked, with plenty of space. We have been here before and will come again.

Relaxation at its finest!
We stayed here for the second year in a row. Our family loves the big houses and the pool in our backyard. The club house activities are engaging and fun. We were surprised to be able to enjoy the new lap pool and loved it. The facility is brand new, very clean, a great experience.

Always Amazing
It’s our second time in house 2 and 3rd time at the resort. Love how clean it is, how nice everyone is and how centrally located to all the activities we could ever want to do. We have 6 kids who absolutely love this place. We already have house 8 booked for October and plan to go back twice a year for the foreseeable future.

Great Property
Beautiful, new and spacious. A short walk to the pool, enjoyed the hot tub, appreciated all the amenities. Very clean, the unit itself as well as the bedding, towels, furniture, carpet and tile. We loved the high ceilings as it made it feel even more spacious. The decor was very tasteful and current, we def were at a 5 star resort!

Arcadia #2
We had the best time in Arcadia #2, It was beautiful. They were super accomodating with all we had going on. The villa was stocked with everything we needed. We had fun at the pool and playing volleyball. Hope we can go back.

We love Arcadia!
My Family booked Unit #2 last minute for a quick trip to Saint George and we loved it! The house was beautiful and we loved it. We enjoyed the hot tub at night, our kids swam a few times and enjoyed the slide & lazy river, we loved eating breakfast in the big kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. We also rented bikes & mopeds and we all went riding around the block. We would definitely book this place again!

Family Fun in the St George Sun
Loved Arcadia Villa #02! It was perfect for our family of 17. We loved the location close to the pool and clubhouse. The lazy river and waterslide was a big hit with all ages of our family. I do have 2 suggestions though: #1 - the kitchen dining area has a big picture window that faces west. At dinner time between 5-7 pm the sun shines brightly onto the dining room table and makes it uncomfortable for those that are eating at the table. Very hot and very bright. I suggest some type of window covering to be installed there as the other windows in the villa on the west all have coverings; #2 when cleaning people are stocking the villa with the items that are mentioned would be provided in the villa - please do it. We had no garbage bags, no sponge scrubber, and no laundry detergent. Luckily we were close to the clubhouse and could get extra things there.

Thanksgiving reunion
It was very good, however the bedding on the bunkbeds was far too small for our kids. Needed warmer bedding for them and the coverings on the bunk beds were way too small - kids could not fit in them. Other than that had a wonderful time.

Typically, owners will keep spare sheets and blankets in the closets, but I will make sure that this gets addressed to the owners so that they can accommodate future guests. Wonderful Place to Stay!
We had such a great experience at Arcadia #2! The Villa was in a good location, was so clean and the amenities (towels, extra pillows, soaps, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) were nice to have on hand. The swimming pool was awesome--right out the back door and there was plenty of space for our group. We had a wonderful family reunion and we are already planning for our next stay there. Thank you!
