Everything was top notch!
We loved our recent stay at Arcadia. My kids and grandkids loved the pools, the slides, the lazy river, the snack shop, etc! We felt like we were at a very high class resort the whole time we were there.

Great Stay
Arcadia is definitely one of our favorite places to stay. We’ve book other townhomes but this one was perfect for our family. Between 62 & 63 we were easily able to fit our family comfortably. The lap pool outside was a very nice addition since we last visited. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a hidden gem in St. George.

Family Fun at Arcadia Resort
We just wrapped up our family reunion at Arcadia Resort in St. George and had a very positive experience! The homes were spacious, well furnished, and had everything we needed—from fully stocked kitchens to comfortable beds and plenty of room for both group activities and quiet downtime. We especially loved the private hot tubs and rooftop decks—perfect for evening chats under the stars. The resort’s pool area was a huge hit with everyone, especially the kids! The lazy river and water slide provided fun entertainment, and there were plenty of chairs and shady spots for relaxing, not to mention the comfort of the cabanas. The clubhouse, game room and pickle ball courts were great extras that helped keep everyone engaged. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any requests. You can tell they care about making every stay special. Arcadia is also in a fantastic location—close to Zion National Park, Snow Canyon and Sand Hollow which provided great options for hiking, boating and cliff jumping. We were able to take a couple of day trips and still be back in time for a family BBQ in the evening. This trip created memories our family will cherish for years. We would recommend Arcadia Resort to anyone looking for a great spot for a family gathering.

Family Reunion
This was our first big family reunion for the new generation. There were 65 of us and we rented 3 homes in Arcadia. It was perfect!!! The amenities did not disappoint. We had a pickleball competition, time to spend in the clubhouse, and Pool time every day while we were there. It was a hit!! They all said they would come back here in the future and we wouldn't even need to change locations if they wanted! The extra fridge in the garage was an added blessing. Arcadia was great at answering questions and getting information out so I could spread it out to all the family. I was so happy with everything while we were there. They take pride in keeping up the location. So many wonderful things close by to visit and see. Harmon's grocery store was a HUGE plus as well. It made things so easy.

The best reunion location we have ever found!
Every two years we get together for a large family reunion, which usually includes 35 to 40 people. We have been to St. George a few times, Cedar city, Zion national Park, and Bear Lake. Arcadia is the best reunion location we have found! When designing this property, they must’ve surveyed many different families because they thought of everything! This is not just my opinion, I heard this from many family members during the time we were there. Each room is set up with its own bathroom and this gives the opportunity for each family or family member to have their own time to themselves when they need it. The gathering locations are perfect, very large and can hold the entire family. The kitchens are big with two dishwashers and an extra refrigerator in the garage. The waterpark was fun, even for the older grandchildren. The only complaint I heard is that they wanted the pool to be open later than 9 PM. some of the family members that like to lift weights found the weight room to be very well stocked. Highly recommend this location!

Perfect for our Family Reunion
We loved our stay at the Arcadia Resort. We had two side-by-side units which accommodated our family of 50. The units were stylishly decorated and very comfortable. The units were well stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve meals. This will be our go while staying in Southern Utah. Thank you!

Our family had so much fun
We absolutely had a great time staying here Wish there was more activities planned like Lego time and bingo throughout the day But we had a great time. This place is so much fun for families with little kiddos

Sports Team Stay
The resort was perfect! It fit our entire volleyball team, coaches, and a few parents, and everyone was comfortable and loved the resort. We will return!

Fun Times
We had a family of 47 at Arcadia to celebrate an 80th birthday. We had a wonderful time in the pools, pickle ball courts, and gathering together. Thank you

Awesome place for a Corporate Retreat!
We booked these two units for a corporate retreat, and they were perfect. We used one kitchen, but had a total of 4 refrigerators and plenty of storage space for groceries and food preparation. The appliances available (Instapots, air fryer, waffle iron, crockpot) were even better than we expected. Every room has an ensuite, although some are bigger than others. It was too cold to utilize the clubhouse hot tubs, but we used the two private ones daily. With just an hour drive to Zion National Park, and minutes from Snow Canyon State Park, there was plenty to do close by. We would definitely return here!

The perfect family vacation
We were nervous to bring 33 people into 2 units. The nervousness was gone as soon as we spent the first 3 hours. What a blast. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Every request at the clubhouse was reponded to with a joyful attitude. Those kids should all get a raise just for the service provided to my family. Thank for an incredible experience.
