Grandma
Perfect place for fall break. 8 adults and 12 kids enjoyed every minutes here. Two plays at Tuachan, one hike in Snow canyon, and countless hours at the pool and clubhouse. Almost heaven. Can’t wait to come back.

Friends getaway
A most excellent house with sufficient rooms, beds and space. A perfect place for a perfect St. George get away!! Plus the pool and other amenities were on point. Would definitely stay here again.

This Place Is Amazing!

Perfect Weekend Spot
This place was so great, and such a convenient spot, with a grocery store close, great places to hike and walk all near by, but not right in the hustle and bustle. The house itself is right by the club house for easy gym and pool access. We had 10 adults staying here, all of us had plenty of room to spread out and great spaces to all gather together, with a large family kitchen for family style dinners and a nice big table to eat at or place games around. We could not stop raving about how great of a spot this was! Highly recommend this clean, spacious and convenient place!

Better than I imagined!
I had had friends stay here before who raved about Ob-la-di, so my expectations were already high. But from the moment me and my 10 adult friends arrived we couldn’t stop ooing and ahing over how perfect this place was. We travel together often and have stayed in many Airbnb’s. This was other level. From the furniture to the room layouts and even the convenient location in the resort (right by the entrance and club house) this place was made to gather, enjoy and spend time together. And who can complain about 5 bathrooms! It was an absolute delight to stay here.

A-MAZING!!
I stay in a lot of airbnb’s and this place is phenomenal. They have thought of everything. It’s so spacious and comfortable, close to the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is stacked with everything you need and the beds are comfy. I will definitely come back here!

Best get away!
Oh-bla-di was a blast!!! This group of friends (11 adults) have been doing weekend trips this year. We’ve stayed in different home rentals from Yellowstone down to St George. This house was an absolute dream and the best place we’ve stayed at. A lot of gathering spaces for movies, games, food and side conversations. One of our favorite things was the amount of beds and bathrooms. SO MANY BATHROOMS AND BEDS! That’s not to eclipse the awesome kitchen though. It was amazingly simple to cook for large groups of people due to the organization and layout. It’s evident that this get away had a lot of thought out into it to create the optimal spot to either touch and go on adventures or to spend the day mulling around the house with friends. Oh! And this unit is right across from the clubhouse! Close to the pool and bikes. Super easy access in and out from the rode!

This place is fantastic!
Very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. I normally turn a few times throughout the night, but not here! I woke up in the same position I fell asleep in. I slept better here than I do at home. The king size beds have the option to raise the head and legs too, which is just the icing on the cake. The kitchen had everything we needed including everything for the barbecue out back. I appreciated the nice hairdryer in the bathroom. There are 2 large areas for gathering with comfortable furniture. Great if you want the kids to have their own space. This unit is super close to the pool which was a lot of fun!

Amazing house
This was a great house to rent for the weekend. We had 11 adults and there was plenty of space. Great sleeping arrangements and amazing common areas upstairs and on the main floor for games and eating time. The resort pool was big enough for all the people there and the 2 hot tubs accommodated all who wanted to relax. Easy check in and check out. House comes with all the amenities needed to live home away from home I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away for the weekend.

Excellent Resort for our Family

Amazing Stay!
This resort is the real deal! Amazing amenities, beautiful home! We had the best time at the resort pool and clubhouse area. The kids played in the art room when the weather was rainy and when the sun was out we were at the pool! Can’t wait to come back! The home we stayed was perfect for the 5 couples - we all got our own bedroom and bathroom. The house was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and more. It had tons of board game options and an Xbox. Provides many options for all ages! Location is great. We were 5 minutes from the bottom entrance of Snow Canyon. We enjoyed some hiking and biking! We will be back!

Amazing again for our 2nd stay
This was our 2nd stay at this unit at Arcadia. We love Arcadia and everything they offer to us during our stays. Our kids loved the heated pool and we were able to go on numerous hikes within 15 minutes of the house. The house itself was amazing again with the beds, tvs, furnishings, and open space. Great and relaxing trip with the whole family
This place was awesome. Very clean and very spacious. It had so much to do. But most of all just a great place to get away and spend quality time with your family. There were 13 of us there and it never felt crowded. And the things you can do at the club house were amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

Unbelievable getaway!
Our stay in Arcadia was amazing, and the furnishings at "Ob-La-Di" helped to make the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The adjustable beds were amazing and the flat-screens in every room helped keep different groups entertained at all times. This unit is about as close as you can get to the clubhouse where we had a blast in the pool, lazy river, hot-tubs, and inside playing games. We love this place!

Family Vaca
This place was fantastic! We had our family and extended family totaling 20 and the place was great. No one felt overcrowded. The rooms are spread out so no rooms back up to each other and5 bathrooms with this group was amazing. The Resort is just that. The clubhouse and pool was just across the street with no noise. The staff was always helpful and super kind. Close to many State Parks and Zion during the day and lazy river and pool in the evening. House was super clean, new, comfortable. Only needed a broom to keep the floors cleaner from small children instead of getting the vacuum out all the time.Great stay!

Beautiful Resort
All around amazing! From the ambiance, to the gorgeous and luxury of the home, the clubhouse kept in 1st class conditions, the pools are incredible! We spent most the day talking kids out, to reapply sunscreen! We will be back regularly

Wonderful, Loved, Loved.
Our family(7 adults and 9 children, ages 3months to 9 years) Loved every minute of our stay at Arcadia. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to stay again!!
This home is BEAUTIFUL!! Adjustable beds, outdoor lighting for the evening views & bbq, and being right across from the pool/community center make this place an absolute dream. And that pool— fun for all ages!! The Xbox was a huge hit with the teenagers, and all of the games and little things helped us make memories once the sun went down. We literally have been coming up with reasons to come back again. When split with a couple of families it’s the price of a hotel, yet absolute luxury. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

Our New Favorite Place to Vacation!!!!
From the moment we arrived we knew there was something special about this place. The home was beautiful, comfortable and exceeded our expectations in every way. The Mountain Views from the patio of the unit we stayed in(#28) were breathtaking. This Resort is One of a kind! Our children quite literally didn’t want to leave! The pool is Amazing!!! Our kids spent endless hours swimming and playing at the pool. It has 2 Hottubs, Waterfalls and buckets that pour water, and the slide and Lazy river are both So much fun! The clubhouse has basketball games and arcade games as well as Ping pong and board games etc...They even have an Arts and Crafts room! The Staff are Super friendly and made sure we had absolutely Everything we needed. The Location is Excellent. We were able to easily hike at Snow Canyon as it’s just a short drive away. The drive to Zion also wasn’t bad at all. There is also a wonderful grocery store called Harmons just down the street that has everything you might need. We absolutely can’t wait to come back!!! Amazing Family Retreat
We had an incredible experience at this beautiful, spacious, new build. Plenty of room for our big family (19), which consist of several married children. We loved the location and all the amenities. Great activities for all ages! We will definitely be booking this place again!
