Perfect Getaway!
We needed a place for our family to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday. This place was perfect! The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable and had most everything we needed. We had plenty of room for our group and my sister’s family and parents (locals) came over for lunch and to celebrate my dad. We all enjoyed the pool, lazy river, hot tubs, pickleball courts, making s’mores, etc. The kids had plenty to do, we didn’t have to take them anywhere or pay extra for entertainment elsewhere. Everything was right there. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved our place!!!
We usually stay in #6, but it wasn’t available this time. #26 might be our new favorite though. It was actually cleaner than our last stay at #6, and we loved all the space!!! The only thing worth noting is the disposal needs a thorough cleaning. It smelled each time we turned the water on. Other than that, everything was perfect!!! Thank you for keeping such nice places to stay and enjoy Southern Utah!!!

Awesome Place
The Villa and resort were awesome! It was a great stay for my entire family. It was very close to the clubhouse, which made it even better for a quick walk over to the pool, game room, and clubhouse. The staff was very friendly and happy to have us there. And parking was great since we were across the street from the clubhouse parking.

Great place, close to clubhouse & pool!
We loved this villa! Had so much room for plenty of guests. Loved how close to the clubhouse & pool. My kids loved the arcade games as well!

Wonderful location
Right across the street from the clubhouse/pool - we loved the location! Beautiful master bedroom and bath- PLENTY of space for big groups and as always - beautiful decor and clean spaces.

Amazing!!!!
We love Arcadia and #26 so close to the club house pool and gym!! Beautiful furniture and decor!!! We love this trip and look forward to it every summer this was our 3rd time returning!!! Can’t wait for next year!!! ??????????????

Another great vacation at Arcadia
This is our 3rd straight year coming to Arcadia and it was another amazing trip. Such a fun place for all ages and fantastic amenities and so much to do. And to top it off their on site property management team (Kaden specifically) helped pull out our dead battery on our car and install the new one for us. Pretty much saved us hours of trying to do that ourselves. You're the man Kaden! We'll be back again next year!

Great stay, clean home, fun times!
We had a great time here at Arcadia. The onsite pool and clubhouse are amazing. The home is top notch. Beautiful and comfortable, amply stocked with bedding and kitchen equipment. Arcadia is so close to all the great fun things we could want in St George! I will be staying there again.

Positively Perfect!
Beautifully decorated, clean, and very accommodating to our large family. It’s directly across from the pool, which made it so easy with little kids. Snow Canyon was also super close, which rounded out a perfect trip!

Beautiful, spacious house with every detail included
My family rented this unit for an event taking place in the area. We had every bed filled, and kids running everywhere, but not once did it feel even slightly tight. The tall ceilings and wide-open floor plan give the southern Utah feel of having wide-open spaces even in every space! Our kids favorite room was the bunk bed room that boasts 6 large beds. They had a blast staying in there with their cousins. There are TVs in every room, so your never more than a arms distance from a remote at any time. We're hoping to visit again soon with some friends. I can't say enough about it.

I’d stay her again in a heartbeat!
This place was awesome. The beds were SO comfortable. The layout of the house was perfect and there was plenty of space for kids to play upstairs while adults could hang out downstairs. Having so many bathrooms was a big win for the group we had. We really enjoyed being so close to the pool and clubhouse. I really can’t think of anything I didn’t love about this place.

Convenient Modern Charm
This home is a dream! It's beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable and spacious. You'll never want to leave your cushy bed! But if you did, the clubhouse is just across the street from this unit. It's perfect for families and large groups. I highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation Home
I love the proximity to the amazing pool and clubhouse! The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids. Views are amazing, pickle ball courts just down the street we’re so fun. You can’t go wrong with this place, we had an absolutely wonderful time there.
