Excellent Stay
We stayed in Poolside #3 and was very impressed with the amenities of the home. It was a great family reunion that included a 3, 8, 9, and 11 year old. There was plenty for everyone, including the first day the Pickle Ball courts were open.

Beautiful home!
What a lovely and beautiful place to stay! Everything was clean and very spacious. The kids had fun playing with the air hockey and other games that was in the house. This was really one of the nicest vacations we’ve ever had.

We’ll be back!
This was our first visit to Arcadia. We traveled with 4 children (ages 4-7) and this was the perfect place! There was plenty for them to do, and we all know that if the kids are happy, then everyone is happy. Great water park! Great craft/movie night!

Amazing place!
Our family came here for a long weekend getaway and loved it. The place was so nice and fully stocked with all we needed. Beds were comfy and play room for the kids was very fun. Resort pool and slide was a blast and area very well kept. Check in and out was easy. Will be coming back for sure!!

Wonderful wonderful place and great memories were made.
We had. A wonderful time it was a great up to date home with lots of room for are growing family.even though the pool area was closed part of the time we still found plenty of things to do snow canyon only 15 mins away ...the home was really nice clean spotless...will be back again next year a family tradition now because of such a wonderful time we had together.

Fabulous 60th Wedding Anniversary Celebration
We gathered about 50 of our extended family to join us at Arcadia to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. We rented three villas. Everyone was thrilled with the ambiance of the villas and the amazing amenities of the pools, slide, and clubhouse. We had plenty of room to spread out and be unconfined. Close by hiking, biking, and pickleball were enjoyed by our group. The staff was very accommodating. Our overall consensus is: "We have to do this again!!!" The rental rates are less than most high quality hotels when shared by the large group that can be housed in the villas. The Arcadia Vacation Resort will definitely be a recurring experience for our family.

red rocks vacation
The home was beautiful and the amenities were great. Our biggest complaint is that the unit we stayed in was dirty. Also, the unit slept 18 however there wasn't enough dishes, towels, or blankets for that many. If you advertise for 18, it needs to be supplied for 18. The staff was quick and very accommodating.

This St. George weather makes it hard to completely get rid of those pesky desert roaches! They are prevalent in the area. We are sorry that you had some wander into the home. Cobia’s reunion
The air conditioning did not work Monday night! The downstairs microwave did not work but ran like it did. ARCADIA closed the pool at 9:30 pm instead of 10pm on Tuesday evening 100 derides of people from out side ARCADIA. Tuesday evening manager very unfriendly. The rest were really nice

Grandkids didn't want to leave
Had 10 adults and 8 children for five days. Plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool. Two weeks later some are still wearing their wristband because they know we are coming back. Kitchen is modestly stocked. Bring any special appliances or large pans. Adults loved the air hockey and pinball machine. TV took some time figure out the cable source. Overall, a great time had by all and we'll be back again next summer. Had an issue with the garbage disposal. They were quick to come and repair it. Just don't call the number--walk to the clubhouse and ask for assistance. We never had any luck with a phone call.

Awesome vacation resort!
We were very, very impressed with Arcadia. We can't wait to go back when the property, particularly the swimming pool are complete. There were a few issues that I blame on the newness of the rental: there were no basic cleaning supplies, not enough toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags. The rug in the kitchen was a tripping hazard and there were cockroaches in the garage.
Other than that, it was an ideal location for a family vacation and we will go back!
