Luxury resort living at it's finest! Arcadia #51 is a lovely, professionally decorated villa situated in the heart of scenic southern Utah. Surrounded by the beauty of red rock mountains and Snow Canyon State Park, the view from the patio and balcony of this home will never get old!

Arcadia #51 has accommodations for up to 20 people between its 5 spacious bedrooms (each with an en suite bathroom). Each room has been thoughtfully prepared with stylish décor and professional design to make everyone feel right at home. Spend evenings soaking in the private 8-person hot tub, have a game night upstairs, or venture across the street to enjoy the incredible resort amenities (water slide, pool, lazy river, and MORE!). This home is perfectly appointed for groups, families, teams, or retreats!

Wonderful Family Fun
We had an excellent time in Villa #51 at Arcadia Resort.. We were a party of 9, so the house easily absorbed everyone and we were all extremely comfortable. The home is beautiful, a quick walk across the street to the water park. The pools were beautiful, and grounds were immaculate. The lap pool was almost always empty compared to the main pool area, but geared towards older kids and adults. The home was gorgeous and well equipped. We will for sure be back!

Wonderful place to gather with family!
There is something for everyone here! We stayed in #51. The house was impeccably clean upon arrival. The water park features were closed since our visit was in the winter months- but the hot tub was hot and ready to go! Plenty if space for everyone! Highly recommend!

Great Value

Best family vacation!
We loved the Arcadia Resort! One of our favorite family vacation stays. The pool and clubhouse are so fun and keep the kids entertained for hours. We loved playing ping ping, air hockey and basketball at the clubhouse. Very family friendly. The grounds are clean and beautiful, with lots of room to throw a football or play volleyball/corn hole. Absolutely loved the home we stayed in. It was clean and beautifully furnished. 5 star stay for sure! Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub out back. Very cozy. Close to grocery, parks and bike trails. Will definitely be staying here again!

Our Favorite Place to Stay in St. George!
Villa 51 was stunning! It was our first time staying there and it was perfect- it was gorgeous and most importantly it was so clean. We loved the location of Arcadia being by the iconic red rock and the location of the villa being such a short walk to the pools. Our kids had a blast playing at the clubhouse and in the pools and lazy river. It's such a fun resort with so much to do for all ages. We'll definitely be going back!
