Great Place
We've stayed at the resort several times and always have a good experience. The homes are the right size to accommodate our family and the exercise and pool are great.

We had a great time being altogether as a family! There was so much to do at Arcadia. We were worried it would be very busy in the summer, but it was great. We were very comfortable in unit 54. We hope to be back soon!

A Great place to stay
This place is awesome! You will not be disappointed. it is clean and so comfortable. A home away from home. Great floor plan. Awesome hot tub and a great waterpark. It has everything you want. We will surely return.

Great Family resort

Vacation
One of the best resorts the house was clean and beautiful. If you want to spend time with family or friend I 100% recommend Arcadia Resort. The houses came with everything you needed and more. When I say everything is everything, bicycles, scooters, 2 extra refrigerators in the garage etc. we would definitely go back to this resort.

Very clean and family friendly
The house we stayed at was perfect for our group of 15! We went during rhe slow season and almost had the pool to ourselves. Kids loved the slide and swimming, even though we adults were freezing! Definitely would come here again. Host was fairly prompt with responding.

Amazing!
We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and provided plenty of space and bathrooms for our large family. We loved the hot tub on the patio, and, of course, the water park on site.

Simply amazing!
Very comfy house with plenty of space to fit 16 of us easy. Nice big table for dinner and very nice hangout/tv room for fun. We loved our stay. Hot tub is great too have as well

Utah Family Vacation 2022
The house was amazing. There were 16 of us and it was perfect fit. We all had our own room with bath and the upstairs game room for the children. If I wanted to return to Utah, I would for sure be back at Arcadia Resort. The staff was professional and very kind. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and Zach was so patient and kind in solving that issue. And Katelyn, in adding on to our stay was great as well. The family was very pleased with everything at the Resort. The pool was great along with the lazy river. We made great memories at Arcadia Resort. Some distances from Zion and Bryce but the routes were so beautiful, you didn't realize how far it was and then to return what we called home for a week was relaxing.

2022 Family Easter Get Together

Family Celebration
The units are tastefully appointed with everything you need. A grocery store nearby adds great convenience. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the weather. Arcadia is not responsible for cold, winter weather.

Great vacation spot!
I loved this place! We had 11 adults and ten kids and all fit and slept very comfortably! The whole house was so clean and nice. We loved the personal hot tub and the kids loved playing in the water slide. We went in November and it was still warm enough to play in the water. The front desk was really nice and accommodating to our needs. We loved the extra perks that were available like bikes, scooters, a wagon, and a stroller. The kitchen was very well stocked! We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and it went great! This house is only 3 minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Over all a very enjoyable stay! Everything was perfect!

Great Place to Celebrate the 4th with Family!
We’ve stayed at several other resorts over the past 8 or 9 years. But Arcadia has become our full families place to stay on the Fourth of July holiday. The homes are well kept, open, bright, spacious, have all the amenities, & secure for our extended family to enjoy. There pool area, our very own hot tub, and the resort main building are perfect for anything we need to enjoy our stay. There are so many variations of places to stay on the property it’s easy to make this a place to keep coming back to. This is my extended families preferred location because of what it gives us and it’s a great price also. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you.

Beautiful Home
Beautiful home, we enough space for our whole family to be close, but still have their own space. The house had everything we needed. The pool at the resort was so much fun as well, a little cold, but felt good after a minute in the 100+ degree temperatures. I would highly recommend this resort!!

Great Family Vacation!
The house was amazing! We had 7 adults and 9 kids and everyone had a blast. The pool was fun, the kids especially loved the water slide and lazy river, the water was warm. The private hot tub at the house was great as well. We’d love to come back for another vacation. The only suggestion we have that could make the house better is to get some actual blinds or shutters on the windows. The windows only have paper blinds and they don’t block out any light. At night time the lights from outside shine right through the paper blinds and it’s very bright in the bedrooms. In the morning as soon as the sun hits the room is extremely bright. Normally it’s not too big of a deal but with young kids the light was waking them up super early in the morning. Eventually we went to the dollar store and bought cardboard to put in the windows and block out light. Other than that it was a great stay!
