Cousin Camp
We had 17 kids and 5 adults stay. The home is beautiful and we all had so much fun swimming, enjoying I've cream and treats. We'll definitely be planning another trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Family trip
Arcadia #31 was the perfect stay for our family at 12. Enough room that everyone could have privacy but fun common rooms for all of us to gather and hang out. So convenient to the clubhouse and pools. The clubhouse staff was great to answer any questions. The game room of the clubhouse had lots of fun things for all of the little kids and the big kids! We would love to return sometime.

Awesome
We had a great time at the Arcadia Resort. We stayed in a 5bd unit and it was nothing short of amazing. The place was very spacious and super clean. The kids loved the private hot tub, video games, and bunk room. The clubhouse was a favorite of everyone and the waterslide and lazy river topped it all off. We will definitely be back when planning a trip to St George

Beautiful home in the perfect location
We loved staying here. The bedroom were the perfect size and most had a bathroom attached to it. We were close enough to the pool that we could walk there everyday. The kids had a blast playing at the pool & loved the water slide. This was the best vacation ever!!

Just a terrific weekend!
Our extended family of 8 adults and 8 children stayed at Arcadia #31 for a long weekend at the end of May. What a great time we had! Our grandparents owned a condo in St. George for over 15 years and it was always such a treat to stay there. We were sad when they sold 6 years ago, as our regular trips to St. George ended because we could't find a condo that was large enough for us all to stay together. That has all changed now. The Arcadia Resort is a wonderful, family friendly, property. #31 can easily sleep more than 20 people, with room to spare. The condo kitchen is well stocked the beds large and comfortable and bathrooms clean and well maintained.The hot tub out back was a great bonus!
Customer service is professional and friendly. It was a hot weekend and we loved the pool area. The kids swam all day long. The lazy river was perfect to just float around and cool off. A Harmon's grocery store is located 5 minutes away. St. George is less than a 15 minute drive. Its a consensus that we will come back and stay again, longer the next time.

Arcadia #31 — PERFECTION
Highly recommend this location: the house is huge, clean, chuck full of bathrooms, beds, blankets, games, televisions, and other amazing accommodations (WiFi, a play station, and a hot tub to boot). The pool is in extremely close proximity, and has perfect play areas for small and big kids. The lazy river, slide, waterfall and hot tubs were all a hit. The HOA supplies towels, garbage pick up and other supplies needed throughout our five-day stay. The gym was clean and bigger than what I would’ve expected. Red Rock (the agency who I booked through) was amazing to work with, especially when we had to make last minute changes due to Covid-19. I can not recommend this space enough! We will definitely be back!

Arcadia 31
The home was fantastic. The kids loved it and the amenities of the resort were the best we have experienced for such a property. The loft with the bunk beds was perfect for our family and the weekend was just what we needed before going into full quarantine! Thanks for the wonderful amenities and accommodations. We will definitely be back!

Yearly family get-together
We've been coming to St. George for the last five years for a family get-together in the winter. Arcadia #31 has it all. Fantastic, well stocked house with all the needed amenities and extras. The hot tub was used daily by the adults and the grandkids visited the nearby clubhouse and heated pool often. This house was voted by all as the best place yet that we stayed.

Incredible Place To Stay
This place is the perfect place to stay in St. George! We had 3 families...each couple had their own space with a king bed and bathroom, all of the kids had a bed to sleep in. The arcades, ping pong table, fusbal, and hot tub were all a hit with adults and kids alike. Very clean, very welcoming, and a great location close to Snow Canyon. We would definitely stay there again!

Friends trip
We stayed at Villa 31 and had can adults and 20 kids. We did not know what to expect when we got there and everyone was pleasantly surprised. We have since talked about setting up another trip there for the end of the year. The accommodations were clean comfortable and well thought out. They literally had everything we could need. The resort staff was exceptional. We have stayed in multiple places when going to St George and this is by far the best place we have stayed.

Amazing family vacation!
What an unforgettable vacation! The house was huge, with everything supplied and even more. The kitchen was full of pots, pans, utensils, and even seasonings. We enjoyed the hot tub outside. Lots of space; enormous rooms with bathrooms and rainfall showerheads and lots of closet space. I love that each room had a TV with netflix, even though we barely watched it. The resort was beautiful. Super new clubhouse and pool/slide/ and lazy river. The staff was so nice, baked cookie all day every day. They even had a really cool art room with so much paint and supplies. We even got paid a visit by the owner of the house, who was such an accomodating and pleasant sir! The house is located almost right across the clubhouse, so it's a super short walk.

Look no further!
Unit #31 is where you want to stay. We just spent an amazing weekend with our family in this perfect holiday home.
The unit is beautifully decorated with lots of space for family fun! It felt like home from the moment we walked in. It’s obvious a great deal of thought went into creating an enjoyable atmosphere for all ages. There was even a porta crib and highchair for our granddaughter. The big kids never got bored with the driving simulated arcade, pinball and video game table and we all enjoyed hanging out in the spacious comfortable living areas.
The unit is located across the street from the club house just steps away from all the onsite amenities. The Lazy River and water slide were personal favorites.
The resort is centrally located in Santa Clara and surrounded by beautiful desert vistas. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby like Snow Canyon, Gunlock Reservoir or the Anasazi Ridge Petroglyphs. Our family enjoyed them all, especially the sunset hike at Anasazi. Amazing!
There’s no better place to stay in the St. George area!
