This place is awesome. House able to accommodate 19 people comfortable. Kids loved the lazy river, slide and pool. Kids had a blast doing crafts. We will be back next year.

Wonderful stay!
We loved our stay at Arcadia Resort! It fit our large family perfectly! The pool and other amenities were so fun! The place was beautiful and clean, we will definitely be staying again!

Amazing!!We Love Arcadia!!
We love coming to Arcadia with our family each year. This year we had to rent two villas because our family has grown so much. There is things for everyone to do. I have 24 grandkids 20 of them are under 10 and this is the best spot ever!!. This villa is right by the pool! We loved the new pickleball and corn hole area!! What a great addition to this wonderful place. The price is keeps going up higher each year which is hard. Everything about this villa is perfect.! They had just cleaned the carpets when we got there so it was extra clean and special. It is always equipped with everything you need. Such an incredible vacation spot. We love villa #14!!!

Our Favorite Reunion Spot
I love having our kids meet here for 3-4 days in June each year, as we have been doing for the past five years. There is nothing that isn't wonderful about this place except for the fact that it has doubled in price in 4 years, which will soon price us out. They just put in a pickle ball court, and their water park is great for all ages. They provide everything but your food, and you can get that at their concession stand if you wish or go to Harmons a few blocks away and buy groceries to make into meals back at your villa. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and usually high chairs, pack-n-plays, etc. This particular villa is convenient to every amenity except their inside activities, and their Club House is straight through the water park, not more than a couple of minutes walk. Villa #14 has a BBQ and shade in the afternoon behind it.

Awesome Family Reunion Location! :)
Our group had 7 adults and 7 children (ages ranging from 5-11) and each and every one of us had a wonderful time! The house was stunning and the pool and clubhouse were an absolute blast! We are already planning our trip for next year!

Dream Vacation!
This house was the cleanest rental property we have ever stayed in - each room was immaculate. The house was equipped with everything you could need! There was a pack-in-play and highchair for my one year old, board games, arcade games, multiple televisions, every kitchen appliance, comfortable beds, scooters, pool toys, and an amazing view of the pool. We cannot wait to go back!

Love this place!
Absolutely loved staying here. You literally walk right out the back door straight to the pool! The kids loved all the arcade games upstairs which was nice because it gave the adults time to cook/clean/chat without being interrupted! Such a fun place!!

Perfect vacation rental!
We loved staying here. It was the perfect location to the pool. We didn’t have to worry about young kids running across the road- they could play all day in the grass area behind the townhouse. The games and extra amenities kept us going all day and made more the most memorable vacation.

Awesome for big families!
We had a staycation/family reunion and it was an absolute blast! This villa was perfect and so close to the pool. We loved all the extra amenities they offered - games, cornhole, scooters, spike ball. It made it so easy to stay in one place and have fun with our family.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!
We had the most incredible time!! Until 14 is absolutely the most perfect location. Great access to the pool and everything. It was clean, beautiful and wonderful. Everyone that works at Arcadia is so kind and accommodating. We loved everything about it and we can’t wait to book it for next year!! Maybe earlier!!!

Great place for a family vacation.
We stayed in #14, was a beautiful villa, spacious. Our kids and Grandkids had a fantastic time. The staff were very friendly and polite and helpful, will definitely return.

We had a blast!
We stayed in #14 and it’s hard to believe that other townhomes could be as awesome as #14 was. The little arcades were perfect for the kids, there was tons of space and the home had everything we needed. The resort was clean, nice, the pool was very fun and the hot tubs were a hit! We’ll definitely stay again.

Great Stay!
We took our extended family for a weekend and loved the condo. Everything was very nice and well done. Pools were great. Kitchen, beds, showers, tv's, games, were all wonderful. We had no problems or issues at all. The location of this condo right next to the pools and grassy area was great. We highly recommend this particular condo and look forward to many more stays there.

My husband and I spent a few days at Arcadia this last weekend, and I would rate it a Five Star. Everything was clean and spotless. We loved the grassy area behind the house and the pools, water slides, and lazy river just beyond the grassy area. It was a fun weekend with lots of fun things to do with our family. There was lots of space in the kitchen/great room for meals and hanging out with the TV. The beds were comfy, and the family room on the second floor kept our kids and grandkids happy with all sorts of games, etc. I would recommend it highly to our friends and acquaintances!

Great property for our family
The property was great. Very spacious with plenty of room for our family. There were yard games, video game and shuffle board. The pool area was great as well. Very pleased with our stay. We will be back.

Perfect Location
First time staying at Arcadia Resort and it did not disappoint! There were 17 in our party… 7 adults and 10 children ages 1 to 12. The access to the pool was amazing and the grass area right off the back patio was a huge plus for the kids. Towels at the pool was a huge bonus as well as each person having a wrist band for the week thus eliminating the need for a key every time someone entered the pool or clubhouse. The clubhouse games were a hit with the older kids who wanted a break from swimming. The art classes were a hit with the younger kids. The kiddos spent hours at the slide and the lazy river….really a nice set up for all ages. Unit 14 was a great set up for my family. The first floor had a master bedroom with the only tub in the house. The other bedroom had a bath across the hall for them plus there was a powder bath off the garage back door. Upstairs was another family room with a huge TV, a sleeper sofa and some games. There was a bunk room with an attached bath, another bed with an attached bath and a bedroom with no bath but there is another hall bath that serves that bedroom and the family room. The outdoor balcony was fun and it overlooked the pool. The laundry room was upstairs and very nice. Since we had a one year and a two year old there was a concern where they would sleep. One pack and play is available and we put that one in the downstairs bath off the garage for the two year old. The one year old was put in a pack and play in the closet in the master. Note that there is not a door for this closet so a cover for the pack and play was used to block out light. The only negative was there are no ceiling fans throughout the house. It is wired for fans but they are not there. It would have really helped in the rooms that got morning sun and stayed warm all day. We bought some box fans which helped, but we had to keep the air conditioning low in order to cool these rooms. Overall, I would recommend this unit and will most definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home, Awesome pool, great customer service!
This house was perfect. It accommodated our larder group very comfortably. The house was very beautifully decorated and was very well equipped and clean. The pool was a huge highlight! This has been one of the kids favorite pools at our stays. Customer service from front desk, clubhouse and poolside staff was very friendly and professional. The only issue we has was WiFi. We specifically booked this trip for a work training and the internet was down the entire time. This was a major issue and it was not resolved the entire time during our stay. However, we would stay again based on all other amenities and experience. We will just plan to not count on their WiFi.

Fun and Relaxing
This place was great for a quick family vacation to enjoy the sun. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was great for all ages, with a deeper pool, lazy river, water slide, and splash pad area. Everything was handled excellently to ensure everyone's safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The only recommendation to the property manager would be to ensure the shuffle board table had adequate sand to play. There was evidence of sand at one point, but no sand when we arrived. Not a big deal as we had plenty of other options to enjoy our vacation, like the great pool and nearby Pickleball courts.
