When is check-in and check out?

Check-in time is at or after 4:00 pm. Early or late check-in time will not be allowed unless prior approval and fees have been applied to your reservation. Management cannot approve until 2 days before check-in. Please notify us prior to your stay if you would like an early or late checkout for an additional fee.

Check-out time is promptly at 11 am. Guest(s) agree that late check-outs are subject to an additional night's rent being charged automatically unless prior approval has been given.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you choose to cancel your trip, you have up to 30 days from your arrival date to cancel and receive a full refund. Cancellations made with 14-30 days of arrival date are 50% refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. 

If you booked with Airbnb, please refer to that platform to review your cancellation policy or cancel your reservation. 

What is your payment policy?

We require 50% of the total rental amount to be paid at the time of your reservation. The balance of your total reservation cost is due 30 days prior to your check-in day. If you make your reservation 30 days prior to check-in, we require that payment is made in full via MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and Amex.

Boat, Trailer, and RV Parking

Boat, trailer, and RV parking can be found at the north end of Arcadia. Spots are first come, first served. Boats, trailers, and RVs cannot be parked on the streets of Arcadia. 

Are Pets Allowed?

Pets are strictly not allowed in our rental properties unless the property is designated pet-friendly. Fines will be charged to your card in the event of non-compliance with pet violation. Please see your rental agreement for details. 

Are your homes smoking friendly?

No smoking or vaping is allowed in any of our rental properties or within the common grounds of Arcadia Resort. 

Do I need to bring anything?

Linens, pillows, blankets, most cooking supplies, and utensils are provided for the number of people your rental accommodates. Please bring condiments, coffee, coffee filters, and spices.   Some vacation rentals do have a hairdryer. Please inquire about this before arriving.


Pool FAQS


Are your pools heated? Are they open year-round?

The upper pools and resort hot tubs are open and heated year-round. The water slide and lazy river are open and heated seasonally from early spring through Thanksgiving weekend. Please contact us if you are unsure what the status of the lazy river and water slide will be over your reservation dates. 

Are you allowed to bring food or coolers to the pool area? 

Water bottles and small snacks are allowed. Coolers, glass containers, and alcohol are NOT allowed. 

ARE YOU ALLOWED TO BRING POOL TOYS OR INNER TUBES?

Pool toys, inner tubes, and other flotation devices can be brought to the pool. Arcadia provides inner tubes as well. Inner tubes are not allowed on the slide. Pool toys are available for purchase in our retail area. 

Can I come swim at your pool if I'm not staying in an Arcadia Villa?

YES! Daily Club Memberships are available for purchase here. A Daily Club Membership includes access to our pool area, gym, and clubhouse amenities. Prices are subject to change. Price is per person, per day. Half day passes are not available. Family passes are not available. 

Are wristbands required?

Wristbands must be worn to access the pool, gym, or clubhouse amenities. Each reservation will be issued wristbands up to the maximum occupancy number of the home. Wristbands are obtained from the front desk after check-in. If a wristband is lost, a replacement fee may be charged.
