We love Arcadia!
We have stayed several times in this condo and have never had any issues. Plenty of room, always clean, and has the necessary amenities. The staff is always friendly and accommodating if needed, and they make checking in and out easy. We will definitely be back.

Great!
The home we rented was fantastic. Pleasantly surprised! Our families rented 2 houses right next to each other and it was awesome! The beds/bedrooms were super comfortable, spacious and nice! Bathrooms for each bedroom were great! The kitchen was spacious and worked well. Home was cool and comfortable. There were 8 young children between our 2 houses and all the kids LOVED the pools, the water slide, and the lazy river! The endless drinks when you buy the Arcadia cup are a good bonus. The food from the grill is also very good. We LOVED our trip! Would go again. (Just not in the heat of summer:-)

Super Nice resort

Most excellent!
We had a wonderful time! I would recommend arriving on a weekday and using facilities before the masses arrive on the weekend. ? The faculty staff were so kind and accommodating. I also recommend getting your s’more bundle from the office. It’s top notch products.

Fabulous Property

Multi-family fun!!!!
We have four families that love to vacation together. We prefer to all be under the same roof. Arcadia is perfect for us! The floor plan was excellent. 5 bedrooms, each with a full bath! The adults in each family get a room, plus a separate room for the kids! A sixth bath with shower came in handy when everyone is getting ready. So much common area space with lots of seating. We all could fit either downstairs or upstairs if we wanted. Or the kids could have their own space if they want. The microwave and mini fridge upstairs was very convenient. The location was great! Harmon’s grocery store is literally right around the corner, and they have everything you need. St. George is a short drive, lots of places to get a treat for the kids (and adults too!). There are so many activities in the area, all within a 30 min drive of Arcadia. Bruce Canyon is an easy day trip and a must see. Zion is close enough to visit multiple days. Spend a half day hiking, and the other half at the pool! Speaking of the pool, what a bonus! Lazy river, slide, waterfall, jacuzzi, etc. The staff is very friendly. They leave the guests alone and just let them have fun! We had a 6 month old in our group, and there were plenty of areas for her to splash around and have fun! The city of Santa Clara is beautiful. Such a well kept, clean city with gorgeous homes and breathtaking views. The drive around town never gets old. I HIGHLY recommend Arcadia for your next family vacation! It’s an excellent launching spot for your Southern Utah vacation! There’s so much more we didn’t get a chance to see or do. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect Reunion Getaway!!!
The property was perfect for family reunion! Plenty of rooms and six bathrooms was just right. Super clean and great location to the pool. The pool/activity areas were used by all ages 5 - 80. Management company responded quickly to emails and phone calls before and was wonderful to work with during our stay. We would stay here again! It would be nice to have a few more mixing bowls, knives and dish cloths and towels.

This place is a paradise!
The villa was beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious. Arcadia is well maintained. The pool is beautiful, well taken care of, and so relaxing. The property staff were all very helpful, polite, and eager to make the stay there wonderful. The stay at Arcadia Exceeds expectations!!

Arcadia Resort is Awesome
We had so much fun staying at Arcadia Resort. Everything was perfect. The kids loved the pool, and the adults loved the luxurious accommodations.

Arcadia Step Above
The rental was a step above other resort rentals I've stayed in. Lot's of room, TV's in every room, great bedding. Every bedroom has it's own bath, great for large groups! We will stay again.
