Always a great stay
This was my 2nd time staying at this Arcadia #48 and my 6th time at the resort. It is always such a great time. The house was immaculate, the pool area is so fun for teens and children. We usually fill these houses to the brim and we are able to handle the crowd with the amazing kitchen and comfy beds. I will be back again and again.

Arcadia resort
This is the second time we’ve stayed at Arcadia. We have a large family and there is plenty of room for all 17 of us. We never feel crowded We had such a great time. More of our extended family stayed in another villa. There is so much to do. I’m sure we’ll be back again.

House 48
Stayed in house 48 it was clean, cute, modern decor, and worth the stay. It’s so nice to show up to a place and have everything you need; (shampoo, conditioner, towels, appliances, etc.). Check in and check out was slick and smooth. The resort is amazing and offers stuff for ages! Consider staying here!

Family fun
Such a great property. We visited with two of our children their husbands our 4 grandchildren. We played at the water area every day, for hours. The water area was especially great for our grandchildren, ages 5 and less. Shallow areas, the lazy river, the slide, the splash pad area. It was so much fun! Arcadia 48 was also great for our grandchildren, there were 2 high chairs and plenty of kids dinnerware and utensils. There were even strollers in the garage area. Such a great area to not be on top of each other with the 2 bunk rooms and the up and down living spaces. We had a great time!

Great place, very comfortable
Home 48 was a great place to stay. My family loved all the room and the pin ball machine. The place was great and helped us out when we requested anything to make our stay more comfortable. Love the pickleball court and swimming pool. We will look forward to coming again soon.

Fun family time

Beautiful resort!!
Home is beautiful & spacious. Plenty of room to house multiple families and feel like you have your own privacy. Pinball machine was a huge hit for adults & kids!!

Our family really enjoyed the place and the swimming pool area was also fun for our grandkids to go swimming
The only complaint we have is we had 1 wash cloth to use for the kitchen and nothing else. It would have been nice to have a few dish towels to use. All we had was paper towels to use or one of the bathroom towels. The only other thing was there were cockroachs in the garage but not inside the house, I would suggest to have it sprayed by a pest control company.

It doesn't get much better than Arcadia!
We are obsessed with Arcadia. We love that you can get two units right next to each other for large family gatherings and still feel connected that way. The pool is amazing. We love the overall vibe of the resort. It just feels good to be there. The clubhouse was a big hit with my 5 boys and they loved having the options of swimming and then games and fun in the clubhouse. Minimal work to checkout was also a plus when you are busy getting ready to travel. We will definitely keep coming back!

Great for our big family with kids!
The house and property were just perfect for our large family of 23. We all enjoyed the water features during the days and the proximity to great hiking and sightseeing in Snow Canyon in the evenings. Having Harmons for groceries and Swig and Cafe Rio and other favorite eating spots nearby, made us all happy campers. The house was clean, modern and large. We loved the pinball game upstairs too!

Arcadia 48
This is a well designed and appointed unit that accommodated our family very well. We enjoy the various activities at Arcadia and its easy access to other recreational activities, shopping and dining venues.

New favorite place!
Arcadia Resort is amazing! This beautiful resort is filled with plenty of activities for the whole family. Villa 48 is awesome. We loved the privacy and it was very spacious and accommodated our whole family. Fully equipped. Staff is very friendly, made our stay enjoyable and hassle free. Can’t wait to return!

So nice and comfortable
We loved Arcadia #48 that we stayed in. All the bedrooms had their own bathroom and it was so roomy and comfortable. Plenty of couch space for everyone to be able to sit and relax. Everyone also had a lot of fun with the pin ball machine and at the pool. We all had so much fun we didn’t want to leave.

Fun in the summer sun!
This was such a fun place to stay, spacious, modern, and so much to do. We had an extremely fun ping-pong tournament, I learned how to play pickleball, and then had so much fun swimming in the resort pool and lazy river. When we had our fill of that gorgeous Southern Utah sun, we went back to unit and played tons of card games that were provided, got owned at the Avengers pinball machine, and then watched a hilarious movie on one of the numerous big screen TVs. It was an amazing weekend, so much to do at the resort itself and nearby in the city (within 15-20 minutes). I would definately would recommend, even if you have a big group since the unit sleeps more than 20 adults.

The Perfect Getaway!
I came here with some family and my girlfriend and it was amazing! We had so much fun swimming and just as much fun chilling inside! Arcadia #48 had everything we could need! My favorite thing was the BBQ and the pinball machine! So much fun and we’ll definitely be coming back!
