Great Place for Family Reunion
Prior to the trip we had many questions about the rental as well as the clubhouse amenities. Every time that I called, I always got my questions answered completely. Our stay was very enjoyable. Only suggestion for improvement would be a larger fridge because when you gather 16 people for a week, you need more than the usual space even considering making a mid-week trip to the market.

Great experience!!!!
Our kids enjoyed staying at Arcadia Resort. The loved every amenity and have a blast. We also loved it, it was a great experience for all families and friends.

We LOVE this place!!
This is our 3rd time staying at the Arcadia Resort! The big houses are perfect for our family of 26 people! My grandkids love staying all together and enjoying the water park!! We loved using the pickleball courts this time and of course exploring the natural beauty of So. Utah! My grandkids say it’s their favorite place to go!!

VILLA #42
We really enjoyed staying at villa #42. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk room! We went after labor day we got the pool area to ourselves! The whole resort and villa very clean, no garbage anywhere, it was quiet after 10 pm. We plan on being back again!

Great property!
We really enjoyed our stay at Arcadia resort. What a great property. The house we stayed in was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we need for a fun family reunion. We enjoyed the pools and the pickle ball courts and the gym. We had everything we needed. The only thing I would say that could improve would be to have more than one key fob for accessing the pool and the gymn.

Fantastic trip!
We did a family reunion at Arcadia this past weekend and had a blast! We had the entire place to ourselves! Super fun pools and all of the kids loved the clubhouse. Great location to other venues like Tuacahn and Snow Canyon. Hope to be back again!

Fabulous weekend
Our family is quite big and our house was big enough for all of us. (25). We all had so much fun the grandkids swam all day and then came back to the house and got right in the hot tub.

Amazing Family Vacation in Arcadia #42
We came here 2 years ago and everyone LOVED it so we decided to come again!! I could write volumes but everything about this house is amazing!! It fits our whole family and grandkids from 5 months old to 16 years old had so much fun between fun games at the house to the water slides and lazy river, everyone was happy!! Did hikes at Red Reef park and Gunlock and of course those of us from California got our share of Swig drinks and cookies!! Thanks for thinking of everything In the house to make it the perfect family get together!! It’s the perfect location for those from So. Calif, Arizona and Utah!!!

Perfect place for our entire family!
What a fantastic stay we had at Arcadia Resort! Our unit, 42, had plenty of room for our big family of 21. 10 adults and 11 grandkids! The upstairs bunk room (which just happened to sleep 11) was so fun for the kids. All the couples had their own bedroom and bathroom. Kids had a blast in the upstairs game/tv room and others could be downstairs watching tv or playing games. With foosball, shuffleboard table, arcade & video games, ping pong table & a jacuzzi...I never heard a single “I’m bored!” The kitchen/dining area was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone to eat. The whole house was decorated so beautifully, seriously one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Now on to the water park and clubhouse...just so much fun!!! Kids and adults loved it. Perfect size...not so big that you couldn’t keep track of everyone. Plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. More fun stuff to do in the clubhouse. Even nice outdoor showers with shampoo & conditioner. Feel like you guys thought of everything! We also played pickleball at nearby courts, golfed, fished and kayaked at nearby reservoir, climbed rocks at nearby Pioneer Park and had a great day hiking and exploring nearby Zion NP. It was an unforgettable time. Thinking this would be a great location for a family reunion with extended family. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun filled family vacation!

Great for family reunions
Arcadia is a fantastic choice for hosting your next family reunion. #42 has plenty of space and fun things to do included. Most days consisted of pool time and hanging out at home. Cooking meals was pretty easily in the well equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend for a 4-5 individual family get together. One thing to consider is the bedroom right by the kitchen isn’t an ideal location. The other bedrooms are more private and work well for napping kids, etc. One other point to mention is the WiFi also wasn’t great. Luckily we didn’t need it much, but something to consider.

Great resort
Our group of 11 had a great time. The house was stocked with all the necessities. We all enjoyed the pool, lazy river and water slide. It was nice to cool down in the club house. Plan on coming back.

Perfect Family Stay
We were thrilled to find a home spacious enough for our large family with kids of mixed ages. Our five families had a wonderful time enjoying the large living spaces as well as the resort amenities. We were at the pool six straight days and rented a cabana for two of them (highly recommend). We appreciated being able to do laundry and the convenience of nearby grocery stores. I do not think the home is supplied with enough towels or basic kitchen cleaning supplies for the amount of people it sleeps, so make sure you’re packed with plenty of extra basic necessities if you plan on cooking as much as we did.

Great house for a large group!
We had so much fun staying here for Fall Break. The house is beautiful with lots of space for a big group with lots of kids. The house needs more towels and hooks to hang the towels on. Also, with the amount of people it can hold, it needs to be stocked with more paper towels and trash bags. Overall though, we had a great experience.

Exceeded Expectations
It was extremely clean and well stocked. The decor balanced clean modern with homey comfort. Every space (indoor and outdoor) was useable and inviting. Our group ranged from 3yo to 73yo, and everyone had a great time. The only disappointment expressed was that our stay wasn’t longer. The staff at the clubhouse were very helpful, polite, patient and friendly. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it.
