We had a great stay. Every thing worked perfectly. The pool was fun for the kids and the private hot tub was perfect for after soccer games.

Love Arcadia
This is the second year we’ve done a trip to Arcadia. We stayed in unit #40 both years. Perfect location, the house is beautiful with games upstairs for the kiddos. The bunk rooms get hot so I recommend running the fans but other than that, no complaints. We always have a great time. The pool area is a blast and the snack shack is affordable with yummy food.

Exactly what we hope for!
Our stay at the Arcadia Resort was EXACTLY what we had hoped for! A terrific resort with something for everyone (ages 9-70) with all we needed close by. House was clean and spacious, close to the water fun, and the resort was close to Zion, St George and all we like to do while there. It was a genuinely perfect stay!

Iron Man Get Away
Great place for me and my Iron man friends to prepare for our race and come back to for relaxation afterwards. We enjoyed soaking our sore muscles in our own private hot tub.

Plenty of space
We just had a family group of 18 stay at Villa #40. We are local and did a stay-cation. Checkin/out was super easy. It had plenty of room for all of us. Everything was functioning exactly as pictured. The kids loved the air hockey table and games upstairs. The private hot tub was very convenient. The house is located just across the street from the resort pool and lazy river. All of the kids loved the resort—even though it only got to 67 degrees outside, the pools were heated and the kids didn’t complain about it being cold. The staff was really nice and they provide some free floaties for the lazy river, but you can also bring your own. Would definitely recommend staying at Arcadia.

Great resort and villa.
We had a wonderful time. We were in Villa #40 and it was so roomy and well layed out. We had 11 people staying there which included 3 families and kids ranging in age from 1 to 19. Each of the adult parents had a main bedroom with private bathrooms and the kids took the bunk beds. The unit had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable from high chair, pack n play to all the kitchen appliances you’ll need. We used the insta pot, air fryer, coffee maker, Ninja blender and electric griddle. The upstairs game area was well used with air hockey table and street fight arcade game. Foosball table didn’t have any balls we could find. Patio areas were great with a wonderful hot tub which was well used. We were right across the street from the pool area which was amazing with lazy river and splash pad along with plenty of lounge chairs. The clubhouse had plenty of items if you forgot something and the exercise gym was well used. Overall it was a relaxing stay and my kids are already asking when we can go again. Pricey but being all together in a well layed out unit was great.

Family vacation
I happened upon this wonderful place by accident, but what a great accident it was. The home was immaculate, filled with games and activities set to ensure my kids had the best spring break ever. We love Arcadia Resort!!!
My family loves Arcadia Resort. Our house (#40) was so beautiful, clean, and cozy. We have stayed here a handful of times and will continue to come back. Bonus, this house had fun games and a hot tub - which was a hit and made staying in really fun. The pool and club house are super nice and perfect for the family or a getaway with friends. It’s a must stay!

Amazing Stay!
I brought all my kids & grandkids for a mini vacation/business trip. We stayed in Arcadia and loved every minute! I chose this resort after staying here with a business retreat in January 2022. There was plenty to do. Our place was beautiful and super comfy. We will definitely be coming back again!

Heart of Dixie #40
Superb decor, especially the master suite with bears and animal print everywhere. Spacious Hot Tub and fun games upstairs including a Marvel arcade, air hockey and fuseball. We had 5 families and enough space for all.

Amazing. Stay HERE if it’s open
Quite simply I love this house. The decorations, the hot tub, the man bedrooms with countless beds, and I hear they’re getting an arcade cabinet soon. Can’t wait to come back here.

Incredible property - great training week!
Took some friends for an Ironman training week. Fantastic place. Perfect amenities with plenty of space. The pool was amazing as well. Perfect for swimming & hot tubbing. The house had a lot of games as well and plenty of entertainment. I will definitely look to come back to #40 in the future.

Great family getaway house!
We live in St. George and booked this for a staycation with 4 families. It was perfect! Lots of beds, fun kids games in the house, and space for everyone. The pool was awesome! Ages 2-20 for the kids and they all had fun!

Great family weekend
We had A wonderful time here. The pool is amazing. The best we've ever seen at a vacational rental. The house was clean, nicely laid out, and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. It was great!

Wonderful Family Thanksgiving at Arcadia
From the beginning of our family retreat to the conclusion our experience with Arcadia #40 and the Arcadia Vacation Resort family was nothing short of amazing. Arcadia Resort #40 Heart of Dixie
Our team stayed at this beautiful home away from home for 3 nights while participating in the Huntsman Senior World Games. Each of us had our own rooms with all the furnishings to make our stay comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully furnished and accessible. We had breakfast together at the breakfast bar and at the huge dining table-enjoyed every minute. The house is very clean, spacious and homey. I recommend teams to stay here as they participate in the senior games. This place is also great for families who want to have access to swimming pool, the lazy river and other recreational activities within walking distance. I know our team is thinking of staying here at this same house next year during the senior games.

Really fun family reunion time!
We loved this house because it's practically brand new and super clean! 4 of the 5 bedrooms are ensuites...very nice! Terrific furnishings and décor and the beds were very comfy (3 of them had power controls to raise or lower the head or foot of the bed too). There were 13 of us and we never felt crowded at all. Everyone had a great time congregating upstairs in the game/tv room, downstairs around the kitchen table playing games, or on the patio. We prepared several meals there and found everything we needed in the kitchen! It's only a short 1 minute walk to the pool, spa, lazy river, water slide, and clubhouse. We will come here again and definitely recommend this villa to anyone!

Home away from home
Arcadia #40 ‘Heart of Dixie’ was perfect! My family found the stay to have everything we needed to relax and enjoy. The house is furnished beautifully and had everything we could think of for cooking meals, sleeping, and playing games. It felt cozy and safe. It was also much bigger than the pictures looked. My kids loved the great room with all the board games and ‘Marvel’ styled decorations. Lots of extras in the house too that made it feel ‘top notch’ (quality of furnishings, adjustable beds, TVs in every room, large patio tables, portable crib, baby seat, all walk in showers, etc). One of our favorite parts outside the house was the water slide park was a few hundred feet from our front door. We basically spent all day there - it was a pretty fun resort with a lazy river and slide.

I definitely recommend staying at this home above others.
