Hot Tubs: Open & heated year-round

Open & heated for weekends only (Thursday - Saturday) from Dec. 3, 2026 - Feb. 11, 2027 (will be heated daily for the holiday dates listed above)

Check-in time is at or after 4:00 pm. Early check-ins must be confirmed by Arcadia Resort and may only be requested on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is promptly at 11 am. Guest(s) agree that late check-outs are subject to an additional night's rent being charged automatically unless prior approval has been given.
You are offered the option to purchase our Reservation Guarantee at the time of booking. By adding this, you will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options otherwise not available if you do not purchase. Reservations that do not purchase the optional Reservation Guarantee will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling options under any circumstances. If you do not purchase the Reservation Guarantee at booking, you may add it to your reservation up to 24 hours after the reservation was made.
The Reservation Guarantee allows for:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival to be eligible for a full refund minus the cost of the Reservation Guarantee.
- Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival are non-refundable but can be rescheduled one time in the same villa within 12 months. No money will be refunded. When rescheduling, if there is a price increase on the new desired dates, guest will be responsible for the difference.
The Reservation Guarantee is optional but please note, if you do not purchase the Reservation Guarantee, you will not be entitled to any refunds or rescheduling options unless your reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of booking. Bookings made on 3rd party sites such as VRBO, Airbnb, or Marriott Homes & Villas have different cancellation policies. Please contact the company you booked with to cancel your reservation.
We require 50% of the total rental amount to be paid at the time of your reservation. The balance of your total reservation cost is due 30 days prior to your check-in day. If you make your reservation 30 days prior to check-in, we require that payment is made in full via MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and Amex.
Boat, trailer, and RV parking can be found at the north end of Arcadia. Spots are first come, first served. Boats, trailers, and RVs cannot be parked on the streets of Arcadia.
Pets are strictly not allowed in our rental properties unless the property is designated as pet friendly. The dog fee is a $500 deposit and $250 of that is refundable if the home is left in acceptable condition upon departure.

No smoking or vaping is allowed in any of our rental properties or within the common grounds of Arcadia Resort.
Provided in the villa is a starter supply of household products such as laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Quantities required beyond the starter supply are the responsibility of the rental group. Harmon's Grocery is conveniently located just 1 mile away. Click here for a detailed list of kitchen and household supplies provided in each villa.
Things to Bring: Coolers, water bottles, disposable kitchenware (foil, plastic wrap, Ziploc bags, plates, etc.), pool toys, Roku/Firestick/Apple TVs (cable is not provided but the villas include smart TVs where you can log into your own streaming service accounts or plug in your own device), sunscreen, extra blankets and pillows, hair dryers (each villa has at least 1 on each floor), family games, specialty cookware, coffee and coffee filters, extra consumables, and all personal items.
Water bottles and small snacks are allowed. Coolers, glass containers, and alcohol are NOT allowed.
Pool toys, inner tubes, and other flotation devices can be brought to the pool. Arcadia provides inner tubes as well. Inner tubes are not allowed on the slide. Pool toys are available for purchase in our retail area.
YES! Daily Club Memberships are available for purchase here. A Daily Club Membership includes access to our pool area, gym, and clubhouse amenities. Prices are subject to change. Price is per person, per day. Half-day passes are not available. Family passes are not available.
Wristbands must be worn to access the pool, gym, or clubhouse amenities. Each reservation will be issued wristbands up to the maximum occupancy number of the home. Wristbands are obtained from the front desk after check-in. If a wristband is lost, a replacement fee may be charged.
As a guest staying in an Arcadia villa, pool towels are provided in the villa and should be kept for the duration of your stay. Those visiting Arcadia using a daily club membership should plan to bring their own pool towel.
